I'm really loving these characters seriously each book is just perfect and continues with the silliness and craziness of this wonderful group of friends and family. Again I also can't get enough of the little ones they really have you laughing at times like crazy. One of my favorite moments is definitely in the beginning and had me rolling.

When I reluctantly popped open my eyes, Bella pounced on me. “Oomph, easy, Bells,” I grunted. “Wake up time,” she ordered. She propped her elbows on the mattress while swinging her legs back and forth. I groaned. My idea of when it was time to get up and hers was much, much different. Of course, there was no way in hell I would be able to get up in front of her. Boxers or no boxers, there would be too much explaining to do, and she was just the kind of inquisitive kid to want to know what was going on below my waist. Shifting my hand under the covers, I winced as I cupped myself to keep the sheet from tenting. Cocking her head, Bella’s dark eyes curiously surmised me. “Do you have a boo-boo on your pee-pee?”
“Um, yeah, I do. Hurts pretty bad, too. So I better lie here a little while longer and let it get better.” When she started to crawl onto my bunk, I shook my head. “No, don’t wait for me. You go on and get some breakfast.” After a moment’s contemplation, Bella asked, “Want Mommy to come kiss it and make it better?” “Oh, hell no!”
“Why not? When I have boo-boos, Mommy makes it feel better when she kisses it.” “AJ!” I bellowed at the top of my lungs. At this point, I didn’t care if I woke up baby Gaby. I needed him to get Bella out of here ASAP. Thankfully, he appeared almost instantaneously to put me out of my misery. “What’s wrong?” he asked. I opened my mouth to explain, but Bella beat me to it. “Unca Weese feels bad because he has a boo-boo on his pee-pee. Why don’t you kiss it and make it better, Daddy?”
Finally, he sputtered, “N-No I will not be kissing his… pee-pee!” He then turned his wrath on me. “What the hell are you doing talking about your pee-pee with my daughter?”

This was a sweet story about Jakes, sister Allison and Ryes who's his band mate and good friend. Ever since Allison was younger she's Secretly been in love with Ryes. Now that Allie is older and of age she's just as in love and crushing on Ryes as before. After Jake asks Ryes a favor and if he could check in on Allie while on a tour break, things slowly change between Allie and Ryes and they become really close. The only thing is, is Ryes going to fight his feelings or allow them and what would Jake say, or do if he found out they've become closer than he would like. She is his baby sister after all.
Allison is sweet and a caring person to everyone, I just love her as Jakes younger sister. Of course we already have gotten to know Ryes a bit through the other books but in this book you find out a bit more about him and let me tell you, he might not have a really loving and caring family, and he might not think it, but he is a really loving person. For me it really got me when it, especially came to his sister, his parents are horrible rich and snobby and to see the love and fight he has for his sister who turns out to be severely autistic just breaks my heart. It really makes you wonder how people can be so cruel to others and so hurtful. I just don't get it. I just can't wait now to see what the future holds. This series is really good.

This was one of those books that seemed to be rolling along nicely, with a couple growing closer together, and their relationship developing smoothly. But man, when things started going wrong, they went really wrong.

Allison has loved Rhys McGowan since she was 13 years old. As one of her brother’s best friends, Rhys was around a lot, though Allison knew he would never notice her as anything other than Jake’s baby sister. When she’s all grown up and Rhys starts hanging out with her in Savannah, she begins to hope that he is finally seeing her for herself rather than as Jake’s sister.

Rhys is blindsided by his feelings for Allison, his best friend’s sister. The one girl in his life who is supposed to be off limits, because Jake would flip if he learned what Rhys thought of his sister. In trying to avoid Jake’s wrath, he ends up hurting Allison and himself worse than he could have imagined. And now she’s on tour with the band and he is faced with the pain he caused her on a daily basis.

These two were a lot of fun to watch while they were in Savannah. Allison knew Rhys was the man she wanted in her life, but convincing him that he was right for her was certainly a challenge. Watching them circle each other once on tour together was painful as Rhys tried to distance himself from Allison and Allison tried to ignore Rhys’s comments. But for all the hurt they were each feeling, I was caught giggling several times at how it seemed everyone except Jake could see Allison and Rhys circling each other.

References to Rhys’s parents had been made in other Runaway Train books, but it wasn’t until this one that we see exactly what everyone means when they talk about them. And it was not difficult to be appalled by them, for all their high society class, behind closed doors they were less than sparkling. We also briefly meet Rhys’s sister and learn exactly why he is so protective of her. The connection between them was the perfect evidence for Allison to use later when convincing Rhys that he was worth it.

As the final Runaway Train boy to fall, Rhys needed a special woman to catch his attention. But what he didn’t anticipate was it happening so quickly, or who it would be that caught his eye. This was the perfect story for both Allison and Rhys. The alternating POV gave readers great insight into the thoughts, hopes, and hurts of each as the scene warranted without keeping too many secrets from us as readers.

Now that all 4 members of the band have met their matches, the only thing I’m waiting for in Runaway Train news is the backstory that is coming in Melody of the Heart (Brayden and Lily’s story).
I was dying to read Rhys’ story. I needed to know why he was so against falling in love. The 3 weeks he spent with Allison & getting to know her more, just melted my heart. He was happy & didn’t have to pretend around her. Allison was spunky & seemed to love life & definitely loved being around Rhys. He was fighting his feelings for her & it made me sad for both of them. What his parents did to make him feel the way he did, frustrated me to no end. My heart hurt for him. This book had me waking up early to keep reading more. I was anxiously waiting for the shoe to fall at certain points and when it did, I sooooo was not expecting what I read. It was awesome! I loved the feelings this book gave me. I’m really going to be sad when this series is over.
The last single member of Runaway Train realizes he has feelings for the most unobtainable girl, Jake's sister. Allison has been in love with Rhys since the day she met him at the age of thirteen. The night of her sixteenth birthday changed things between them, even though Rhys would never admit it. When he's sent by Jake to check on Jake's homesick little sister, his life is changed forever. But one drunken night runs it all. He can't and won't give in to her or his feelings for her. The band is his family and he won't risk it, not even for the girl he loves. When Abby's brother starts to show an interest in Allison his jealousy flares. Will he continue to hurt Allison and push her away or will he finally admit to himself and Allison how he really feels before it's too late? Love this whole series. Brayden and Lily's story is next. Looking forward to it.
